Starting the Trip Off Right With "FAVOR"!

In all of our trips, we have never been asked to come up to the cock pit and take pictures! While we were in our seats, Captain Randy approached us and said when we got settled to come back to the cock pit and take pictures! Wow!!! What a fun and exciting way to start our trip! God's goodness is so rich and He lovingly pours it out on us, even in the most simple ways. His love and goodness is our treasure.


Another fun first was to have Pastor Bill Johnson on the first leg of our flight to Thailand. We spent 5 minutes with him before we had to board the plane. It was great to have receive a blessing and encouragement from him before we left as we have grown so much from his ministry over the years.

Proverbs 8:35 For whoever finds me finds life and receives favor from the LORD.




 One of the greatest thing about our children is that they travel "GREAT"! They look forward to the food  and the movies and just the ride in general, just like mom! MB loves to fly and so do our children.  Sometimes I start to remind them that we have to get into the air before all the fun stuff starts and then I remember that fun is a direct result of living and we can enjoy life whether we are on the tarmac or flying above the ocean or where ever we might be!!!!! I am on a quest to learn to enjoy the journey more and more!!!! Slowing down...these are good words for me and I am growing; learning not to miss the small things God wants me to see.
