Bending the Bow Int'l

After a few days of R&R with Angie and Popo (Angie's Mozambican "Foster" Son/Vice President of her ministry), we welcomed our team to Mozambique and The Beacon of Hope Ministry Headquarters.

We are so excited about the strength and joy and excitement Dan, Michelle, and Brenda bring. It has been refreshing to just be with them.

This week we begin ministry to Angie's boys in The Hope House. This home boards 12 young men. They go to school in the evening. They have tutoring during the day, as well as household responsibilities. They are being discipled and raised up to be strong men with great potential to change their nation...and THE NATIONS, for that matter. ONe of our primary responsibilities while we are here is to train up, teach, and minister to these boys. What a privilege!!!.

Thank you all for praying for Seth as he has battled with a kidney stone. Interesting timing, huh? Stinky devil. Please continue to pray for him, as he is still having quite a bit of pain.

Thank you for continuing to pray for our safety and health. We are crying out to the Lord asking Him to leave a deposit of His presence and glory in this place. We have such a short time, but so great opportunity to pour our lives out...His life out on these boys. We look forward to harvest. Please lift up Angie, Popo, Enya, Homeguito, and Popeno (Angie's adopted kids). We want to see them refreshed and encouraged so that they can continue to run hard after all the Lord has put before them.

Thursday June 26- teaching at The Hope House; and 60 Minutes of Prayer (a rendition of Bethel's 48MOP)
Friday June 27- Medical Clinic and Children's Ministry in the Bush...FAR, FAR AWAY...
Saturday June 28- Vacation Bible School
Sunday June 29- Preaching and ministry in Angie's Church, Vacation Bible School
Monday June 30- teaching at The Hope House; personal ministry to Angie and Popo Tuesday July 1- teaching at The Hope House;and 60 MOR (minutes of refreshing) Boys in the Hope House Wednesday July 2- teaching at The Hope House; Thursday July 3- teaching at The Hope House; and 60 MOR (Boys will help us Minister to their staff) Friday July 4- Minister at the Bocaria (Dump) with Steve Lazar/Iris Ministries
